Orders typically process within 1–3 business days and ship within the United States. Estimated delivery is generally 7–11 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers or deliveries to rural or remote areas are outside our control. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

5. Returns & Refunds
We back our products with a 30-Day Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@retropulse.net within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return, replacement, or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
